Conscious Loving. Conscious Living. Conscious You.

How you do anything is how you do everything.

It’s simple really; you’re either in integrity or you’re not. There is no minor lapse [of integrity].

People are often looking for shortcuts to an eased life experience. Whether pinning hopes on a winning lottery ticket or waiting for the perfect partner to serendipitously pull them out of a crowd, there are a lot of people wasting a lot of time on things that are completely out of their control. They are delaying taking responsibility for their lives and participating in enabling the cycle.

Why would anybody do so knowing this? There are two answers. Firstly, they usually aren’t aware that they have chosen a passive role in their life experience. Secondly, there is a lot invested in not being responsible.

We live in a victim-laden society and when we relinquish our responsibility by passing the blame – or control – to another, we don’t have to be accountable for the outcome. Then again, we’re not really alive in this scenario anyway. In truth, we’re living somebody else’s life. We react rather than respond to people and circumstances.

Our spouse, children, family, friends, co-workers… the list goes on. If we can get them to change or shift their behaviors, we won’t have to do the work ourselves.

So what is the intention of Soul Expansion? To choose living in 100% accountability and integrity. Essentially this is what most individuals are referencing when seeking enlightenment.

What is the quickest path to enlightenment? Simple: self-awareness and the responsibility of choice. Then, a consistent and constant repeated commitment to live this way again and again.

You don’t have to go to the top of the Himalayas or sit under a waterfall for hours each day. You don’t even have to meditate or do yoga.  No chanting. No crystals. No incense. Just a continual commitment to a life of increased awareness and observation of yourself.

This is one of the amazing things about the practice of Soul Expansion; it benefits the individual, couples, families, and organizations in similar form, but with each its own inherit advantage.

At this moment, you might be thinking phrases like “This seems to bring up a lot of feelings and emotions that aren’t important.” Good luck with that belief. Has it really worked well for you thus far? Better yet, how much more effectively would you function and experience life if you viewed yourself on a deepened journey where self-Love, integrity, and responsibility lead you to an increased level of empowerment?

Conscious Living first requires that one choose Conscious Loving towards themselves and others. Only then can they step forward and marry these commitments with one of serving other relationships. This is stepping into your soul’s expansion and journey. This is Conscious You.
